Customer Support & Sales Executive (International Logistics)

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our growing international logistics team. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with customers, handling inquiries, providing shipping quotations, and converting leads into confirmed shipments.

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

✔ Respond to customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media

✔ Provide international shipping quotations and service information

✔ Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into bookings

✔ Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment processing

✔ Handle customer concerns and provide timely updates

✔ Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules

✔ Build trust with NRI and international customers

✔ Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

Requirements

Must Have

✔ Excellent spoken and written English

✔ Strong communication and customer handling skills

✔ Confidence in speaking with international customers

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business)

✔ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred

✔ Experience in Customer Support

✔ Experience in Logistics, Courier, Freight, Shipping, Travel, Immigration, BPO, or Sales

✔ Experience handling international clients

✔ Knowledge of CRM software

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
