Full Stack Developer (1–2 Years Experience)

???? Role Overview

You will be responsible for continuous development, updates, and optimization of our websites and mobile applications.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a theoretical or learning position.

???? Required Skills (Mandatory)

You must have practical working experience (not just course knowledge) in:

• PHP (Core + Framework understanding)
• MySQL (Database design + optimization)
• WordPress (Customization, not just installation)
• React.js (Component-based development)
• Flutter (App updates & debugging)
• Amazon AWS (Basic deployment & hosting understanding)
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript

⚠️ Strict Requirements

• 1–2 years real project experience (live work, not dummy projects)
• Must be able to understand requirements quickly without repeated explanations
• Should be comfortable handling both frontend + backend tasks
• Must be able to fix bugs, deploy updates, and work independently
• Good communication & accountability is non-negotiable

✅ Preferred Candidates

• Have worked on live production websites/apps
• Can show previous work (links or GitHub)
